We have six indoor fields as well as a large training field at the front of out facility. Our fields are turf and have lines painted for out-of-bounds.

HOW MANY FIELDS DO YOU HAVE?

We are very sorry but our facility is a "Cleat Free" complex. On our turf you are allowed to wear your turf shoes, indoors shoes, or any other sports shoes that do not have cleats. We hope to keep our fields looking sharp and new for years to come for you.

CAN WE WEAR CLEATS?

Just imagine a basketball court with turf on it. Our fields are all roughly the same size, which is just a little larger than a normal basketball court.

HOW BIG ARE YOUR FIELDS?

Absolutely! Our fields are enclosed in glass and our seating area is just outside of that glass. This is great because you feel as though you are on the field while you are watching! We have a designated fire exit down the main corridor, but outside of that are you are welcome to any available space for seating. However, none but players & coaches are allowed on the fields or sidelines and this is enforced for your safety.

IS THERE SEATING AVAILABLE?

There is NO outside food or drink allowed inside the facility. We have snacks, drinks and other items at our in-house cafe available for purchase. Players are allowed to bring a personal water bottle but under no circumstances are ice chests, coolers, or packs of drinks allowed.

IS THERE FOOD/DRINK ALLOWED?

DO WE NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING?

Before playing on our fields we do ask that you sign our Safety & Liability Waiver. It is a quick sign in at the front desk and once you've done it, you'll never have to sign it again! (Or print your own and bring it in: Here)

We are located right off of I-35E at Crosby Rd. (Exit 443B) Be careful with all of the construction on I-35E and plan accordingly when trying to arrive on time.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A TEAM?

Most of our registrations are done by team, not the individual. However, if you or your child do not have a team or enough players to form a team, we still want to help find you a spot at RSC! Send us an email to info@realsoccercenter.com with your Name/Age/Gender and we will help connect you with other players and teams in that league!

ARE THERE REFUNDS FOR MY RENTAL IF I WANT TO CANCEL?

In order to make your reservation you must provide payment in full over the phone or in person. We do provide refunds to customers who call and cancel 24hrs prior to their reserved field time, but there is a $25 processing fee. Anytime within 24hrs of your reservation and we cannot give you a refund.

ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD KNOW?

We would ask that any cheering be kept at a reasonable volume and all "encouragement" from the spectators remain positive in nature. We reserve the right to dismiss anyone from the premises on the basis of disruptive or inappropriate behavior. We want to maintain RSC as a family-friendly environment. So come to have fun, come to watch some great soccer, and come to be a great part of the RSC community!

REFUND POLICY:

Please note that all bookings must be paid in full in order to be scheduled.

You may change your reservation up to 24hrs prior to the time of the rental. Your options are, a refund to the credit card used for the booking (less a $25 processing fee) or you may chose another date for the reservation (at no cost). A specific date must be given on the same day of the cancelation. 

 

There are no refunds or changes allowed within 24hrs of the time of rental.
